The Charter House offers a prime location across from Greenbelt, making it very convenient for business travelers. My Superior Double or Twin Room was clean and spacious, equipped with essential amenities like a cable TV and a refrigerator. The staff were impressively friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing all my needs during my stay.

WiFi was slow at times.

The location is perfect, just steps from Greenbelt. My Superior Double or Twin Room was spacious and clean, equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, and toiletries. The bathroom had a bidet and shower with good water pressure. The outdoor swimming pool was nice on a hot day, with plenty of seating for relaxation.

I had a great time staying at this hotel with my family. The staff was genuinely friendly, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and spacious, I could actually breathe in there, and we had a lovely view that's just breathtaking! The pool, although small, felt like our private oasis every morning. We swam like it was our own place, so exclusive! !

Sure, it wasn’t the cheapest option around but it was still reasonable for the experience we got.

We truly enjoyed our 4-night stay in a Superior Double Room. The restaurant staff were attentive, although a little more warmth would enhance the experience. Breakfast was good, just wish for larger portions. Perfect location near shopping and attractions. I'd recommend this for a convenient getaway!

The location across from Greenbelt 5 stood out immediately. It made shopping and dining super convenient. The room was spacious, and I appreciated the clean linens and good air-conditioning. I enjoyed the coffee at breakfast. it was simple but well-made. Staff were friendly and quick to respond to requests, especially when I asked for extra towels. The small pool on the rooftop was nice, though it felt a bit empty to swim alone. However, the hotel does show its age. Some areas looked a bit tired, and the towels could use an upgrade. The breakfast options were limited. I wished for more variety. Getting directions to a taxi was complicated, and there was a lack of bottled water in the room, which felt outdated. WiFi was slow at times too, making it hard to stay connected.
